Drawing from her experience as an Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master, along with a Master of Science in Law with a concentration in Cybersecurity, Coach E.T brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, governance, and organizational development to the local church.
As a Doctor of Ministry candidate in Pastoral Leadership, she is further equipping herself to help pastors and ministry leaders cultivate biblically grounded, Spirit-led ministries that are both effective and sustainable.
She believes the principles of clarity, accountability, healthy systems, and servant leadership are not exclusive to the marketplace—they are biblical values that enable churches to steward people, vision, and Kingdom assignments with excellence. By integrating practical leadership strategies with sound pastoral leadership, Coach E.T equips ministries to grow with both spiritual depth and organizational integrity.
